Went here for dinner with my partner. Got the Aglio e Olio pasta ($30) with an Arancini entree ($18).The pasta was very filling and flavour was ok.Arancini was good.Service was good.I only rate four stars because I don’t think it was worth it but the food was up to par.

I visited your restaurant today with my partner and, while we appreciated the overall ambiance and initial experience, I must express my disappointment with the service and food quality.To begin with, we were not offered water upon being seated. My partner began choking and had to request water twice before it was finally brought to our table. Additionally, we received an incorrect order. Out of the three items we ordered, only two were served initially. We waited, assuming the third dish was on its way, but it never arrived and we had to reorder it ourselves.Regarding the food, the Spaghetti Marinara did not meet expectations. The seafood did not appear fresh, and the dish had an excessive amount of liquid, giving it the appearance of a soup rather than a pasta dish. As a chef myself with experience in this cuisine, I found it lacking in both presentation and quality.

Great food, great drinks, great time, wonderful experience. Dope as heck. Got a few pastas and entrees and was happy with the experience here. Only odd part was when we were asked if we wanted dessert, we said we would look at the menu - as you do when you’re a cheeky lil boiyo - and they don’t actually serve dessert. Bit odd but lol was kinda funny. Would come again

I've been a big fan of Monzarella Mercato, their deli. So I thought their pasta must be good as well.I ordered delivery and was very disappointed by the Alla Calabrese pasta. Pork sausage with garlic and chili - hard to mess up, right? It turns up and it's basically plain pasta with some oily liquid in the bottom and these strange little discs of what looks like kransky which were ok, not great, and not what I was expecting at all though. I tried and it was bland so I gave it a good mix but the sauce didn't really stick very well to the pasta and didn't have much flavour even if it did! I managed to save it with plenty of cheese and chili oil but next time I'll make myself at home much better and for half the price.

I recently had my 30th birthday as a dinner party in their upstairs private dining area.The staff were great with communication leading up to the event. They allowed us to come in early to set up and were very flexible with what I wanted to do in terms of decorating and music.The food was fantastic, my (Italian) family kept commenting on how much food there was (in the 3 course menu).Ryan was the bartender and waiter and he was amazing! He made sure everyone with allergies was taken care of and all the food was brought out on time, while also killing it in the bar :)My whole family was very impressed.Thank you Monzarella staff!

We were shown to our table and seated. We sat for 10 mins and then I went in search for a waiter. The waiter arrived we remarked about the lack of water on the table, 5 mins later he arrived back with water. We had menus on the table for the entire 15 mins and I would have expected to have been asked for our order. Unfortunately the waiter disappeared again! I once again went in search of a waiter, this time we were able to place our order. The entree arrived without side plates or the bottle of wine we had ordered. I again got up to seek side plates and the elusive bottle of wine! When the wine arrived the seal on the bottle had been broken prior to arrival. My husband called this to the attention of a passing waiter and it was immediately replaced. When our meal arrived, I would have expected an Italian restaurant to offer a spoon for a pasta dish plus freshly grated Parmesan cheese, not the packet stuff we received.Consequently there was no tip forthcoming.

We ate here a couple times and really enjoyed it!The pictures aren't very good because we are the sandwiches up so quickly I didn't have time to take a pic!I had the Matthew, but the meatball and the salumi sandwiches were also magnificent!The bread was delicious, the spreads amazing, and every bite was heaven!It's a fun store for Italian foods and goods and a great place to grab food for a lunch or picnic.Would definitely recommend!

For a pizza store in Williamstown a nice area to sit down along the bay and get a nice pizza and enjoy the scenery/ atmosphere. Staff were great on the day. Pizza was nothing special but I personally enjoyed it, not comparing to CBD. Arancini balls we’re decent size considering most places do tinier ones

Not one to write reviews but thought this place could use genuine advice. Visiting from interstate staying in Williamstown. Drove past one night and looked extremely busy, went to google and saw how many amazing reviews there was so thought would give it a go. Was very excited. Unfortunately the experience did not live up to expectations.Staff are very unpersonable, had 8+ waiters running around the all over the place like headless chooks. Would think you would have waiters assigned to zones?The waitress served me first, I ordered entrees for me and my partner, ordered my main, he went to start speaking to order his main and she took the menus and walked off. Aren’t you taught to repeat the order back before you walk off? Was very difficult to get the attention of another waiter, however managed to do so.Wine came out warm despite it not being a hot day. Entrée’s were good. My partners steak came out and was extremely chewy. It was also placed on top of his cutlery? And our empty entree’s were not cleared from the table. Almost 10 minutes passed and I asked about my Margherita pizza as it hadn’t come out yet. Waiter told me he would have a look, no update despite him walking past us multiple times after. About 10 minutes later then was served a burning hot pizza. Clearly I was forgotten about.Whilst waiting for my meal, my partner then asked for scotch and coke and was then served it in a tall glass with a smoothie straw? Very odd.I understand people have a bad day but the whole experience was extremely disappointing. I think the biggest downfall was the service, the place seems very disorganised and is just focused on speed instead of a personable interaction. Having waiters assigned to zones just seems to be common sense instead of having multiple staff legitimately running in every direction.

Food tasted great we ordered 2 pumpkin soups, 1 vegetarian pasta, wedges and 1 polo carbonara alas this is where the positives end. It was way toooo hot inside got 4 plates at a table of 5, soup came after the mains and was missing the bread soup came without spoons and the extra bowl we requested. Service was slow and kept forgetting things but not the servers fault the place was filled to the brim with not enough servers. The bread came after we finished out meals.

Fabulous restaurant, both the food and atmosphere were amazing, and an absolute must visit for F1 fans, especially Ferrari fans. In fact the only reason I chose to eat in here, was because I immediately recognised the track in the logo. Hope to see some Lewis references in there next time I visit 😉

I went today with my family, The pizzas are very good but the drinks do not taste very good like the shakes or the natural juices, there was also a waiter who did not have a good disposition when serving, it was only one but the others very friendly.

We ordered Carbonara, Ribeye Steak, Porterhouse Steak and Scamberi Pepperoncino. All are disappointing.1. The Scamberi Pepperoncino we ordered has hair on the rice, we just cancelled it after telling it to them. They didn't even bother to apologize, poor management training.2. The Rib Eye Steak we ordered was Medium Rare but the one they gave us is not. It's almost well done since it's already hard to eat.3. We also ordered a Medium Rare Porterhouse Steak which is good compare to the Rib eye steak but still not Medium Rare and juicy.4. The Carbonara is bland. It lacks flavor and all. If it wasn't for the salt and pepper we can not finish it.Looks can really be deceiving but the taste will tell the story.

Food was.. well pretty standard for an Italian restaurant but the service was a bit disappointing the watering staff ignor you and were stand-off ish from the moment at greeting you at the door to checking in with you at your table and they clearly don’t want children in their restaurant. Was a below average experience.

A lovely late arvo dinner. Service was absolutely fantastic with ample, well coordinated staff. The food was good, with a very decent portionHowever, it was honestly just not hitting the spot in the way of seasoning. There is so much choice on the menu with an impressive variety to choose from leaving you wanting to come back to try multiple items!

My boyfriend and I ate lunch here today and we loved it! The staff were so friendly, and amazing at working under the pump. We came at a very busy period, yet the food was ready no longer than 20 minutes, even though they were a full house! Definitely will be coming back 🙂 food was delish too, fair pricing and great serving sizes!
